Dreamy Cheesecake Cookies

If you have never used Greek yogurt in a cookie recipe, then you must try it. It makes for the tastiest cookie that is chewy and delicious. These dreamy cheesecake cookies are gluten free and taste like a dream. They are so delicious. Plus, the drizzle of chocolate on top and the sprinkle of sea salt adds the perfect sweet and salty flavor. It really is the perfect combination! I hope you enjoy these!

Ingredients

  • 1 C of Oat Flour

  • 1 C of Almond Flour

  • 3/4 C of Mistress of Evil American Dream Nut Butter

  • 1 Egg

  • 1/4 C of Greek Yogurt

  • 1/2 C of Cane Sugar

  • 1 tsp of Baking Powder

  • 1/2 C of Chocolate Chips

  • 1 tbsp of Coconut Oil

  • Sea Salt

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Line a piece of parchment paper on a baking pan.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, add in all of your ingredients and stir until your cookie dough batter forms. Roll cookie dough into balls and place on parchment paper. Place baking pan in the oven and bake cookies for 12 -15 minutes.

  3. While the cookies are cooling, melt your chocolate chips and coconut oil. Drizzle chocolate on top of cookies and sprinkle with sea salt. Enjoy!
