Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Protein Balls

These bite size snacks are perfect for anyone in the household, but especially for the mom’s who need something that is quick, nutrient dense and taste good. These Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Protein Balls are also the perfect snack for any post partum mom who may be breastfeeding! They have ingredients like oats, chia seeds and nut butter to help encourage a healthy milk flow! I hope you enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 2 C of gluten free rolled oats

  • 1/4 C of Vanilla Protein Powder

  • 1/4 C of chia seeds

  • 1/4 C of hemp seeds

  • 1 C of creamy peanut butter (or any nut butter)

  • 1/3 C of coconut oil, melted

  • 1/3 C of raw, (local to you) honey (add more for sweetness)

  • Your choice of chocolate chips

Directions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, add in all of your ingredients. Mix it all up until it’s all combined. *You may have to add more nut butter, coconut oil or honey depending on your protein powder of choice.

  2. Roll into snack size balls and enjoy!
