Valentine’s Cookie Bar

Your children do not require a lot, they simply just want you to show them you love them. These Valentine’s cookie bars are the perfect treat to show them just that. Not only are they delicious, but they are super simple to make, making a mother’s life that much easier. You just have to find the right ingredients that align with your needs and wants. It does not always have to be homemade for it to be amazing! This is recreating a product and turning it into your own! I hope you enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 package of Trader Joes Gluten Free Cookie Dough

  • Trader Joes Valentine’s Day Sprinkles (free from red dye)

  • Trader Joes Vanilla Ice Cream (simple ingredients that you can read)

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Grease an 8x8 brownie pan.

  3. Remove cookie dough from packaging and flatten piece by piece. Fill the baking dish with the flattened cookie dough. Sprinkle with valentine’s day sprinkles. Place in the oven.

  4. Bake for 18-20 minutes or less if you want it more gooey.

  5. Slice and add your favorite vanilla ice cream. Enjoy!

Notes

  • You may use any cookie dough of your choice. If I am going to buy store bought cookie dough for a quick and easy dessert, ingredients and taste matter most! The trader joes gluten free one is a great option.

  • I choose to use the trader joes sprinkles because they are free from red dye which is important to us.
