Buttery Salted Caramel Chip Cookies

Not only are these cookies made with very little ingredients, but they are also vegan and super tasty. These cookies have no eggs, and are made with a vegan butter, but still taste like the perfect buttery cookie anyone is looking for. They will not last long in our household, unless you hide them in the freezer of course! I promise you will want to make these over and over again!

Ingredients for Buttery Salted Caramel Chip Cookies

  • Almond Flour
  • Organic Cane Sugar

How to make Buttery Salted Caramel Chip Cookies

  1. Preheat your oven to 350.
  2. Soften the butter in the microwave for about 15 seconds. 
  3. Add the butter to a mixing bowl with all of the other ingredients. Mix until your cookie dough forms.
  4. Roll into cookie dough balls and place on parchment paper.
  5. Bake for about 15 minutes. Remove from oven and top with sea salt, and more chocolate.
  6. Place the cookies back in the oven for another 2-3 minutes.
  7. Enjoy them warm because they will be perfectly gooey and oh so chewy!

Tips & Tricks to making these the best cookies

  • Do you have to use vegan butter? Of course not! If you want to use real butter, or even substitute it for coconut oil, it should work. The oil may be a little different texture and may need extra of something, but it should work just fine!
  • Do you have to use cane sugar? No! You can use whatever kind of sugar you would like to use!
  • Do you have to use the nutpods caramel coffee creamer? Nope! You can use any form of milk you prefer as well. The caramel coffee creamer does however give you the caramel flavor!
