Tips on how to make these bagel bites the best they can be
- Can you use something else besides almond flour or coconut flour?
- Yes you can! Oat flour actually works really well with this recipe, but you can also use regular flour if you prefer.
- Can you use a different type of yogurt?
- Yes! You can use greek yogurt, coconut milk yogurt, plain yogurt, whatever you prefer. Just remember, some yogurts may react differently to certain flours so be sure to pay attention to how runny the batter is. You may need to add more flour!
- Can you use vanilla extract?
- Yes! Vanilla extract would work fine as well, almond extract just gives the batter that cake flavor!
