Cinnamon Coffee Oatmeal Cookie Cake

Calling all coffee lovers with this coffee cake. Why? Because it has actual coffee in it and it will make your taste buds go crazy! The perfect touch of cinnamon and coffee flavors make this coffee cake extra enjoyable during breakfast. It has almond flour, gluten free rolled oats, organic cane sugar, organic brown sugar, oat milk, coffee and lots of cinnamon. It will definitely keep you full and satisfied.

Ingredients for the Cinnamon Coffee Oatmeal Cookie Cake

  • Almond Flour
  • Gluten Free Rolled Oats
  • Organic Cane Sugar
  • Organic Brown Sugar
  • Baking Powder
  • Egg
  • Oatsome Barista Blend (or any choice of milk)
  • Cinnamon
  • Instant Coffee

How to make the Cinnamon Coffee Oatmeal Cookie Cake

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and coat a 9×9 baking dish with coconut oil or spray.
  • Mix all of your ingredients together for the cake. Once it is mixed thoroughly, pour into your baking dish and set aside.
  • Mix together the brown sugar toppings until it becomes a crumble like texture. Crumble the topping on top of the cake.
  • Place in the oven and bake for about 35 minutes or until it is completely cooked in the middle.
  • Enjoy warm with a cup of coffee!

Tips & Tricks on how to make it the best for you!

  • I used almond flour in this recipe, but you can easily substitute any flour for the almond flour. Just remember that some flours need more liquid than others do.
  • You can use any choice of milk that you prefer. I do think using some kind of oat milk gives it the most oatmeal flavor, but feel free to use any milk!
  • You do not have to add coffee! Coffee cake actually does not have coffee in it, but I say why not add it in!

  • 1 1/2 Cup Almond Flour

  • 1/3 Cup Almond Flour
  • 1/3 Cup Organic Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsps Coconut Oil
