Cinnamon Strudel Banana Muffins

If you have ripe bananas laying around your house, then I suggest you try out this banana recipe. These muffins are Cinnamon Strudel based and they taste like dessert. Cinnamon and banana pair well together, but when you add that cinnamon strudel, it creates a whole different flavor that is so good! Plus, these muffins are a great addition to breakfast or maybe even as a dessert!

Ingredients for these Cinnamon Strudel Banana Muffins

  • Almond Flour
  • Organic Brown Sugar
  • Baking Powder
  • Banana
  • Egg
  • Vanilla Extract

  • Cinnamon

How to make these Cinnamon Strudel Banana Muffins

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a bowl, mix together all of the ingredients for the muffins except for the extra 2 Tbsps of Brown Sugar.
  3. Pour batter into your greased muffin pan. Using a knife, swirl the extra brown sugar in the middle of each muffin.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the ingredients for the topping together. Crumble on top of the muffins.
  5. Place muffins in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes or until the muffins are cooked all the way through.

Instructions
