Cookies and Cream Brownies

There is something about a brownie that you cannot go wrong with. Of course, then you add in chopped up oreos to them and then you have a dream combination. That is exactly what these cookies and cream brownies are. Plus, they are both gluten and dairy free. Crazy, I know! They did not last long in our household! Tip of the day, add a spoonful of peanut butter to the top of one and then you will be set!

Ingredients to make Cookies and Cream Brownies

  • Almond Flour
  • Cocoa Powder
  • Organic Cane Sugar
  • Baking Powder
  • An Egg
  • Coconut Oil
  • Water
  • Chocolate Chips, I used Lily’s Sweets
  • Oreos, I used Goodie Girl

How to make Cookies and Cream Oreos

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease an 8×8 baking pan and set aside.
  3. Mix all of your ingredients together until the batter is thoroughly mixed together.
  4. Pour into your greased pan. Top with more crushed oreos.
  5. Place in the oven and bake for about 30-35 minutes or until the brownies are cooked all the way through.
  6. Cut and Enjoy!

Tips & Tricks to make these the best

  • To make these completely vegan, you can use flax eggs in substitution of the real egg. They do bake very similar and will work for the brownies.
  • You can always use a different oil, such as avocado oil, in replacement of the coconut oil. A vegan butter or applesauce will most likely work as well, but may change the texture just a bit.
  • I use organic cane sugar, but feel free to use any sugar you prefer.
