No Bake Peanut Butter Crunch Bars

One of the greatest combinations ever invented was chocolate and peanut butter together in a treat. Peanut butter goes good with anything, but especially chocolate. These no bake peanut butter crunch bars are the perfect treat for those who love chocolate and peanut butter together, for those who love sweet and salty, and for those who like to have hidden health benefits not seen by the eye. These bars are absolutely delicious!

Ingredients for these No Bake Peanut Butter Crunch Bars

  • Gluten Free Cocoa Krispies (I used One Degree Organics)
  • Gluten Free Rolled Oats
  • Lynq Chocolate Invincible Blend Powder – a chocolate powder that taste just like chocolate, it is absolutely delicious.
  • NuttZo Chocolate Power Fuel Nut Butter
  • Coconut Oil
  • Agave
  • Peanut Butter
  • Almond Flour
  • Chopped Peanuts
  • Organic Cane Sugar
  • Chocolate Chips, I used Lily’s Sweets for a dairy free option
  • Sea Salt

How to make these No Bake Peanut Butter Crunch Bars

  1. Line a bread loaf pan with aluminum foil and set aside
  2. For the Chocolate Krispy Layer
    1. In a mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients for the chocolate krispy layer. Mix until it is thoroughly mixed together and pour into the bread loaf pan.
  3. For the Peanut Butter Layer
    1. In the same mixing bowl, add in all of the ingredients for the peanut butter cookie dough layer. Stir until it is all combined and pour on top of the chocolate krispy layer.
  4. Top with chocolate chips and sea salt (optional).
  5. Place in the freezer for about 2-4 hours or until it is ready to be cut.
  6. Enjoy!

Tips & Tricks

  • If you do not have a chocolate vegetable powder like the Lynq, you can always use regular cocoa powder or even a chocolate protein powder if you prefer.
  • You can change the nut butters to be any nut butter you prefer. If you only have peanut butter, you can substitute the NuttZo Chocolate Power Fuel for peanut butter, I used that for an extra chocolate flavor. This recipe would also work with almond, cashew or even sunflower butter.
  • You do not have to use the gluten free cocoa krispies, I chose to because I typically eat gluten free. Regular cereal would work here as well.

  • 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 Cup Coconut Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Almond Flour
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Peanuts
  • 1/4 Cup Organic Cane Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips Use for topping

Instructions
