Old Fashioned Peanut Butter Cookies

Even though these cookies are called old fashioned peanut butter cookies, they are not made like they were back in the day. But, they still have that old fashioned taste, but with a few different ingredients and a little bit of a healthier twist. These peanut butter cookies are grain free, gluten free and dairy free!

These peanut butter cookies are the perfect treat to have sitting on a plate in your household. They can even be made for a big gathering because I can promise you, they will be a hit! They are made with Almond Flour, Organic Cane Sugar, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Vanilla Extract and Peanut Butter of course. They are the perfect treat!

Ingredients for peanut butter cookies

  • Creamy Peanut Butter
  • Almond Flour
  • Baking Powder
  • Baking Soda
  • Organic Cane Sugar
  • Vanilla Extract

How to make these peanut butter cookies

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add in all of your ingredients and thoroughly mix until your cookie dough forms.
  3. Roll cookies into a dough ball and place on the parchment paper. With a fork, gently press down just enough to see a few lines (just like your grandmother used to do).
  4. Bake for about 12-15 minutes depending on your liking of soft or a crunchy cookie.
  5. Enjoy!
