Tips & Tricks to making it the best for you!

  • You do not have to use almond flour or the birch benders pancake mix. You can substitute any flour and pancake mix that suits your want and need! It may bake differently though, so adjust liquid and more as needed.
  • You can use any creamy peanut butter of your choice, or any nut butter of your choice. This does not have to be a peanut butter bread, it can be an almond butter, cashew butter, truly anything!
  • You do not have to use vegan butter. You can use any butter or even coconut oil. If you do want to make this completely vegan, you can also substitute the egg for a flax egg.
