
Peanut Butter White Chocolate Shortbread Bark
Can you say peanut butter white chocolate shortbread bark faster than you can eat it? If you said no, do not worry because I can’t either. This bark is so easy to make and so versatile. I was inspired by Erin with this recipe and I am so glad she shared it. It is so so good and so so easy! Everyone is definitely going to love it!

Peanut Butter White Chocolate Shortbread Bark

Ingredients
For the Shortbread Cookie
- 1 1/2 Cup Almond Flour
- 1/4 Cup Coconut Oil
- 1/4 Cup Honey
For the Peanut Butter White Chocolate topping
- 1/2 Cup White Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
- 1/4 Cup Coconut Oil
- 1/2 Cup Pretzels, crushed in pieces
- 1/4 Cup Christmas Sprinkles
Instructions
For the Shortbread Cookie Crust
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and line a bread loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ingredients for the shortbread cookie and mix together until a cookie dough type texture forms. Press into the bread loaf and bake for about 10 minutes or until golden brown on the top.
For the Peanut Butter White Chocolate
- While the shortbread cookie is baking, melt together the white chocolate, peanut butter and coconut oil together. Stir until mixed.
- Pour chocolate mixture over the cooled the shortbread cookie. Top with crushed pretzels and sprinkles.
- Place in the freezer until it is hardened.
