They are made with simple ingredients and are bursting with flavor.

Ingredients for Pumpkin Spice Banana Muffins
- Ripe Bananas
- Pumpkin Puree
- Egg
- Avocado Oil
- Gluten Free Rolled Oats
- Organic Cane Sugar
- Baking Powder
- Pumpkin Pie Spice
How to make Pumpkin Spice Banana Muffins
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- Mash your bananas in a mixing bowl. Add in the pumpkin puree and egg. Mix well.
- Pour batter into your muffin tin and bake for about 18 minutes or until the muffins are done.
- Enjoy by themselves or with whipped cream on top!

Tips & Tricks to making these the best muffins
- I used almond flour in this recipe, but you can easily substitute any flour for the almond flour. Just remember that some flours need more liquid than others do.
- You can also use any kind of sugar you prefer!
- If you are vegan, you can substitute out flax eggs for the regular egg!
