Strawberry Cheesecake Bites

These little strawberry cheesecake bites are bursting with a fruity flavor and cake like texture. They are gluten free, dairy free, grain free, and paleo and vegan friendly.   • Almond Flour
  • Gluten Free Rolled Oats
  • Arbonne Strawberry Protein Powder
  • Forager Cashew Yogurt
  • Almond Extract
  • Coconut Sugar
  • Strawberries

How to make Strawberry Cheesecake Bites

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine all of your ingredients and blend until a dough like batter forms.
  3. Form dough into mini bite size balls and place on your baking pan.
  4. Bake at 350 for about 12-15 minutes, just enough for the bites to cook all the way through, but still be soft on the inside.
  5. Enjoy!

Tips on making these bites the best they can be!

  • Can you use something other than Arbonne strawberry protien?
    • Yes you can! If you have any other strawberry protein, that is fine. Or you can use any vanilla flavored protein powder, but you may want to add in more strawberries or add in strawberry extract to bring out the strawberry flavor!
  • Do you have to use coconut sugar?
    • No you do not! The type of sugar you use is completely up to you!
  • Can you use something other than cashew yogurt?
    • Yes you can! If you want it to be dairy free, just be sure you use a dairy free yogurt that is plain, strawberry or vanilla flavored. But, you can also use greek yogurt or regular yogurt, you may have to alter the flour depending on how thick the yogurt is.
