Strawberry Coconut Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Cup Almond Flour
  • 2 Scoops Arbonne Vanilla Protein
  • 1/2 Cup Gluten Free Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Coconut
  • 1/4 Cup Coconut Sugar
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 Cup Water
  • 1 HuKitchen Salted Dark Chocolate

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, add your almond flour, rolled oats, coconut sugar, vanilla protein powder, baking powder, coconut, eggs, vanilla extract, strawberries and water. Mix it all together until a cookie dough batter forms.
  • Roll cookie dough into balls and place on your baking pan. Press cookies down to form that perfect cookie shape.
  • Place the cookies in the oven and bake for about 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and top your cookies with a HuKitchen Chocolate Square and place back in the oven for 1 minute.
  • Enjoy warm while the chocolate is still melted!
