Strawberry Coconut Cookies
A sweet cookie filled with strawberries, coconut, and oats that can be enjoyed any time of the day.

- 1 1/2 Cup Almond Flour
- 2 Scoops Arbonne Vanilla Protein
- 1/2 Cup Gluten Free Rolled Oats
- 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Coconut
- 1/4 Cup Coconut Sugar
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 Cup Water
- 1 HuKitchen Salted Dark Chocolate
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, add your almond flour, rolled oats, coconut sugar, vanilla protein powder, baking powder, coconut, eggs, vanilla extract, strawberries and water. Mix it all together until a cookie dough batter forms.
Roll cookie dough into balls and place on your baking pan. Press cookies down to form that perfect cookie shape.
Place the cookies in the oven and bake for about 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and top your cookies with a HuKitchen Chocolate Square and place back in the oven for 1 minute.
Enjoy warm while the chocolate is still melted!
