Blueberry & Banana Muffins
Gluten free blueberry and banana muffins are the perfect breakfast treat.

- 1 Cup Gluten Free All Purpose Flour
- 1 Cup Almond Flour
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 Cup Cane Sugar
- 2 Bananas
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 2 Tbsps Agave
- 1/2 Cup Blueberries
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Line a cupcake pan with cupcake liners.
In a microwave safe bowl, heat the bananas for 1 minute and mash. Add the eggs and stir together.
In a mixing bowl, add all other ingredients, except the blueberries. Stir in the banana and egg mixture, and mix thoroughly.
Add in the blueberries.
Pour the batter evenly throughout the muffin pan.
Place in the oven and bake for about 15 minutes.
