Blueberry & Banana Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Gluten Free All Purpose Flour
  • 1 Cup Almond Flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 Cup Cane Sugar
  • 2 Bananas
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 2 Tbsps Agave
  • 1/2 Cup Blueberries

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  • Line a cupcake pan with cupcake liners.
  • In a microwave safe bowl, heat the bananas for 1 minute and mash. Add the eggs and stir together.
  • In a mixing bowl, add all other ingredients, except the blueberries. Stir in the banana and egg mixture, and mix thoroughly.
  • Add in the blueberries.
  • Pour the batter evenly throughout the muffin pan.
  • Place in the oven and bake for about 15 minutes.
  • Enjoy!
