For the Crust

  • 1/2 Cup Coconut Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Almond Flour
  • 1/4 Cup Coconut Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Water
  • 2 Tbsps Coconut Sugar

For the Pecan Pie Batter

  • 1/2 Cup Date Syrup I used Soom Foods
  • 1/4 Cup Coconut Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Orange Bourbon Honey
  • 1/4 Cup Pecan Butter
  • 2 Tbsps Almond Flour
  • 2 Tbsps Almond Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract


  • You will start by making the short bread crust. Mix together the coconut flour, almond flour, coconut oil, water, and coconut sugar until a dough like batter forms.
  • In an 8x8 baking pan lined with aluminum foil, press the shortbread crust into the pan and bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
  • In the same mixing bowl, blend together the date syrup, coconut oil, orange bourbon honey, almond flour, almond milk, and vanilla extract. Pour on top of the crust.
  • Sprinkle crushed pecans all over the top to cover the dish.
  • Freeze until it hardens enough to cut into squares. **These bars are ooey and gooey, but they will make your taste buds go wild!
