Cake Batter Bagel Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Almond Flour
  • 1/4 Cup Coconut Flour
  • 1 Cup Dairy Free Yogurt
  • 2 tsps Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Almond Extract
  • 1/4 Cup Coconut Sugar

For the Glaze

  • 1/4 Cup Powdered Sugar I used Pure Cane Sugar in Powdered form
  • 2 Tbsps Water
  • Sprinkles

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a mixing bowl, add your almond flour, coconut flour, coconut sugar, baking powder, yogurt and almond extract. Mix until a dough batter forms.
  • Roll the dough into bite size balls or bagel bites. Place in the oven and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  • In a mixing bowl, add in the powdered sugar and water. Mix until it turns into a glaze. Dip the bagel bites in the glaze and sprinkle with your colorful sprinkles.
