A sweet breakfast cake that is delicious and filled with a ton of nutrients to start your day off just right!

- 2 Cup Almond Flour
- 1 Cup Oat Bran
- 1/2 Cup Organic Cane Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 Cup Cinnamon Spiced Brewed Tea
- 1/4 Cup Almond Milk
- 2 Tbsps Coconut Oil
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Walnuts
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Allspice, Ginger and Cloves
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and grease an 8x8 cake pan.
In a bowl, mix together the Almond Flour, Oat Bran, Cane Sugar, Baking Powder, Cinnamon, Allspice, Ginger and Cloves. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, almond milk, brewed tea, and coconut oil. Once combined, add into the first bowl with the other ingredients.
Stir in walnuts.
Pour batter into your greased 8x8 pan and place in the oven. Bake at 350 for about 25-30 minutes or until the cake is cooked all the way through.
Let it cool and top with vanilla frosting if you want! Enjoy at any time of the day!
