Spice Cake

  • 2 Cup Almond Flour
  • 1 Cup Oat Bran
  • 1/2 Cup Organic Cane Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 Cup Cinnamon Spiced Brewed Tea
  • 1/4 Cup Almond Milk
  • 2 Tbsps Coconut Oil
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Walnuts
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Allspice, Ginger and Cloves


  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and grease an 8x8 cake pan.
  • In a bowl, mix together the Almond Flour, Oat Bran, Cane Sugar, Baking Powder, Cinnamon, Allspice, Ginger and Cloves. Set aside.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, almond milk, brewed tea, and coconut oil. Once combined, add into the first bowl with the other ingredients.
  • Stir in walnuts.
  • Pour batter into your greased 8x8 pan and place in the oven. Bake at 350 for about 25-30 minutes or until the cake is cooked all the way through.
  • Let it cool and top with vanilla frosting if you want! Enjoy at any time of the day!
