Peanut Butter Oat Banana Bread

  • 2 Large Bananas Ripe
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1 Cup Organic Raw Cane Sugar
  • 1 Cup Almond Flour
  • 1 Cup Gluten Free Rolled Oats
  • 1/4 Cup Water
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract


  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and coat your bread loaf pan with cooking spray or coconut oil.
  • In your food processor or stand mixer, blend the bananas, egg and peanut butter.
  • Next, add in your almond flour, cane sugar, gluten free rolled oats, water, baking powder and vanilla extract.
  • Pour your banana bread batter into your bread loaf pan. Place pan into the oven and bake for about 45 minutes or until cooked completely.
