Peanut Butter Oat Banana Bread
Peanut butter and banana is a perfect combination, so why not turn it into a grain free banana bread recipe that will have your taste buds going crazy!

- 2 Large Bananas Ripe
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1 Cup Organic Raw Cane Sugar
- 1 Cup Almond Flour
- 1 Cup Gluten Free Rolled Oats
- 1/4 Cup Water
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and coat your bread loaf pan with cooking spray or coconut oil.
In your food processor or stand mixer, blend the bananas, egg and peanut butter.
Next, add in your almond flour, cane sugar, gluten free rolled oats, water, baking powder and vanilla extract.
Pour your banana bread batter into your bread loaf pan. Place pan into the oven and bake for about 45 minutes or until cooked completely.
