Pumpkin Spice Banana Muffins

  • 2 Bananas, Ripe
  • 3/4 Cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 Cup Avocado Oil
  • 1 Cup Gluten Free Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 Cup Organic Cane Sugar
  • 2 tsps Baking Powder
  • 2 tsps Pumpkin Pie Spice


  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  • Mash your bananas in a mixing bowl. Add in the pumpkin puree and egg. Mix well.
  • Add in the rest of your ingredients and mix well.
  • Pour batter into your muffin tin and bake for about 18 minutes or until the muffins are done.
  • Enjoy by themselves or with whipped cream on top!
