Funfetti Brownie Bites

With these bites, you can have cake and brownies all in the same dessert. It is the best of both worlds!

For the Funfetti Cake Layer

  • 1 1/2 Cup Almond Flour
  • 3/4 Cup Organic Cane Sugar
  • 2 tsps Baking Powder
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 Cup Applesauce
  • 1/4 Cup Avocado Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Water
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Sprinkles

For the Brownie Layer

  • 1 Cup Almond Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 Cup Organic Cane Sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsps Baking Powder
  • 2 Flax Eggs
  • 1/4 Cup Avocado Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Water
  • Vanilla Frosting Optional


  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a mixing bowl, mix together the ingredients for the funfetti cake layer.
  • Pour into a greased 8x8 baking pan and place in the oven. Bake for about 15 minutes. 
  • While the funfetti cake is baking, mix the ingredients together for the brownie layer. Once the funfetti cake is cooked enough on top, pour the brownie batter over the cake. Place back in the oven and bake for another 20 minutes or until both layers are completely cooked. **If the cake is not cooked enough, the brownie layer may sink into the cake and cause it to not have the layers.
  • Once they have cooled, frost them and enjoy!
