Pumpkin Coconut Cookies
These cookies are thick and the perfect fall treat!

Servings: 12 Cookies
- 1 Cup Almond Flour
- 1 Cup Rolled Oats
- 1 Cup Organic Cane Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Pumpkin Puree
- 1/4 Cup Avocado Oil
- 1 Cup Coconut Flakes Unsweetened
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 2 tsps Pumpkin Pie Spice
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
Mix all of your ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
Roll cookie dough into thick dough balls and place on the parchment paper. Flatten just a bit.
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown on the bottom.
