Fruity Banana Bread

  • 2 Large Bananas
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 Cup Water
  • 1/2 Cup Cane Sugar
  • 2 Cups Almond Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Almond Extract
  • 1 Cup Almond Cherry Granola Jessica's Gluten Free Granola
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Cup Dried Mulberry's or Raisin's


  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and coat your bread loaf pan with cooking spray or coconut oil.
  • In your food processor or stand mixer, add in the banana's, egg, water, and sugar. Mix until it is all incorporated.
  • Add in the almond flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and both vanilla and almond extract.
  • Stir in the granola and dried mulberry or raisin's.
  • Pour into a bread loaf pan and place in your oven. Bake for 45 minutes or until it is cooked all the way through.
  • Slice and enjoy!
