No Bake Peanut Butter Crunch Bars

These no bake desserts combine a favorite combination of peanut butter and chocolate.

For the Chocolate Krispy Layer

  • 1 Cup Cocoa Krispies I used One Degree Organics for Gluten Free
  • 1 Cup Gluten Free Rolled Oats
  • 1/4 Cup Lynq Chocolate Invincible Blend Powder Cocoa Powder will work for this substitute
  • 1/4 Cup NuttZo Chocolate Power Fuel Nut Butter
  • 1/4 Cup Coconut Oil
  • 2 Tbsps Agave

For the Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Layer

  • 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 Cup Coconut Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Almond Flour
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Peanuts
  • 1/4 Cup Organic Cane Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips Use for topping


  • Line a bread loaf pan with aluminum foil and set aside

For the Chocolate Krispy Layer

  • In a mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients for the chocolate krispy layer. Mix until it is thoroughly mixed together and pour into the bread loaf pan.

For the Peanut Butter Layer

  • In the same mixing bowl, add in all of the ingredients for the peanut butter cookie dough layer. Stir until it is all combined and pour on top of the chocolate krispy layer.
  • Top with chocolate chips and sea salt (optional).
  • Place in the freezer for about 2-4 hours or until it is ready to be cut.
