Pumpkin Spice Blondie Bites
Pumpkin blondies with chocolate chips and crushed up oreos makes for the perfect fall treat.

Servings: 12 Brownies
- 2 Cup Almond Flour
- 2 tsps Baking Powder
- 1/2 Cup Organic Cane Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1/3 Cup Picnik Creamer Can use other milk alternative
- 1/4 Cup Avocado Oil
- 1/4 Cup Pumpkin Puree
- 2 tsps Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1/4 Cup Chocolate Chips I used Lily's Sweets
- 1/2 Cup Oreos, crushed I used Goodie Girl's Gluten and Dairy Free Oreos
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and grease an 8x8 baking dish.
In a large mixing bowl, add in all of the ingredients for the brownies. Stir together until it is mixed thoroughly.
Fold in the chocolate chips and oreos.
Pour batter into a greased 8x8 baking pan and sprinkle with more crushed oreos.
Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until cooked all the way through.
Cut and enjoy!
