Pumpkin Spice Blondie Bites

Pumpkin blondies with chocolate chips and crushed up oreos makes for the perfect fall treat.

  • 2 Cup Almond Flour
  • 2 tsps Baking Powder
  • 1/2 Cup Organic Cane Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/3 Cup Picnik Creamer Can use other milk alternative
  • 1/4 Cup Avocado Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 2 tsps Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1/4 Cup Chocolate Chips I used Lily's Sweets
  • 1/2 Cup Oreos, crushed I used Goodie Girl's Gluten and Dairy Free Oreos


  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and grease an 8x8 baking dish.
  • In a large mixing bowl, add in all of the ingredients for the brownies. Stir together until it is mixed thoroughly.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips and oreos.
  • Pour batter into a greased 8x8 baking pan and sprinkle with more crushed oreos.
  • Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until cooked all the way through.
  • Cut and enjoy!
