Strawberry Shortbread Cookies

  • 1 1/4 Cup Almond Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 Cup Organic Cane Sugar
  • 1/4 Cup Vegan Butter I used Fora Foods
  • 1/2 Cup Strawberries


  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  • Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  • Melt your butter in a microwave safe bowl.
  • In a mixing bowl, stir together all of your ingredients for the cookies. Mix well.
  • Fold in your strawberries.
  • Roll batter into cookie shapes and place on the parchment paper.
  • Bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Enjoy!
