Apple Pie Pancakes

These sweet pancakes are the perfect fall breakfast item.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Birch Benders Paleo Mix
  • 2 Tbsps Unsweetened Yogurt I used Forager Project
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Apple Pie Spice
  • 2 Tbsps Super Seed Almond Butter Revival Foods Co

Instructions

  • Heat a large skillet with butter or coconut oil.
  • In a mixing bowl, mix together all of your pancake ingredients.
  • Pour into pancake shapes on the heated skillet.
  • Flip before transferring to a plate to be sure they are cooked on the other side.
  • Top with sauteed apples (or plain apples), granola and maple syrup! Add a side of Greek yogurt, and you have the best breakfast spread!
  • *To saute the apples, the cook them in the heated skillet with coconut oil and cinnamon!
