Chocolate Dipped Pina Colada Bites

The sweetest little treat for an afternoon snack are these Chocolate Dipped Pina Colada Bites. They are so perfect and very healthy. They have all the essential nutrients in them like carbohydrates, healthy fats and even protein. The best part is they taste like you are eating dessert somewhere tropical. I highly recommend these for anyone in the household, but especially for the mom’s who need something sweet at the end of a long day. These are so easy to make, I think you are going to love them.

Ingredients

  • 1 C of Frozen Pineapple Chunks

  • 1 C of Full Fat Greek Yogurt

  • 2 Tbsps. of Agave

  • 1/2 C of Shredded Coconut Flakes

  • 1 C of Melted Chocolate (dairy or non dairy)

  • 1 Tbsp. of Coconut Oil

Directions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, add the frozen pineapple, greek yogurt, agave and shredded coconut flakes. Mix together.

  2. Line a baking pan with parchment paper. Drop the yogurt mixture into dollops on the parchment paper using a spoon. Place the pan in the freezer to let the yogurt set.

  3. While the yogurt is setting, melt the chocolate and coconut oil. Drop the yogurt dollops into the chocolate and cover. Let the chocolate harden by placing back in the freezer. Enjoy!
